Gahd… Connecticut is both boring to grow up in, and to look at in logo form.

south dakota looks like the movie title Cocktails…..something about looking at these makes me feel like i’m in an airport
Having lived in Indiana my entire life, I can officially say I’ve never seen that logo. Are these all for the tourism boards?
Loving the Texas logo. It just needs to be bigger.
Yeah, Connecticut really was boring to grow up in. But imagine doing design work for their Visitors Bureau. They have like 3 different logos, which are variations of this one. Bureaucracy at work.
I did last years Visitor’s Guide, and Meeting Planners Guide.
Ugh.
Washington is in a state of Beta?

Пополняем коллекцию логотипами всех штатов Америки. I love NY — безусловно лидер. Обратите внимание на штат Georgia.
……
Kansas’ tag line bugs me…
@Timf: I live the Kansas City Metro area and bumper stickers that say “Kansas: As Bigoted As You Think” are a common sight.
These must be from tourist sites. I live in Washington and that is not its logo.

I really like the Herb Lubalin-esque Mississippi logo.
Yeah, I agree with this pathetic state we call Connecticut. I moved here about a year ago after living in NYC for a few years. Dumb move! Now my fiance and I are counting down the days until we move out to Colorado.
Don’t forget Missouri!

Close to home, Far from cheesy sun clip art!

What are you guys talking about? Connecticut’s is nice because of it’s simplicity. Nevada and Rhode Island’s are perfect for making a statement about the state and what you’ll find there without using a slogan.
Missouri would be perfect also except for that stupid clip-art sun at the top.
I might move to Washington when 2.0 comes out.
Does North Dakota own Alaska Airlines or vice versa?

Some lovely examples of ‘official’ creative vampirism going on in there.
Connecticut gives me the flash feeling of a pressurized airplane at thirty thousand feet.
north carolina…
come on now. that’s just pitiful
Utah has a very well done logo and their brand philosophy is elegant. Too bad not all their websites carry the brand through: http://travel.utah.gov/logoguidelines/index.htm

Connecticut actually rules! Best state of the union—for sure!
I live in Texas and I’ve never seen that logo. Very cool none-the-less. North Caroline is totally plain whereas South Carolina is outdated.
Brilliant collage. Nevada, Utah and Georgia have to be my favorites.
Amazing information, grazie!
This Wisconsin logo is boring. I’ve seen way better ones all over Madison.
I like Georgia’s the best. It’s cute <3
Gotta love my colleague design for Montana.

It looks about as good as North Carolina
great collection
